Thrilled by the success we had from MEA CULPA we were encouraged to search for a further evolution and create another MEA CULPA, il RIMORSO, which had to be a passionate flirt between elegance and opulence. 

The two production regions are accurately the same, Apulia and Sicily. 

Grapes: The Salento is the most important area but in this case the ancient “Alberello” bunches are picked and let to dry on trellis. 

This way allows a better concentration of fruit and its structure is much more enhanced. And again Sicily gives its important contribution with Syrah. Colour: Gloomy red with an almost creamy perception. 

Bouquet: Fully ripen red fruits with notes of blackberries gently sweet. 

Taste: Sumptuous in its deep richness which recalls notes of red fruits and light hints of spices. 

Service: Serve at 16 - 18° C.
