Bardolino DOC

Description
The sun, the temperate climate of Lake Garda and the soils of morainic origin contribute to the cultivation of the vines of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, giving rise to very fruity and sweet grapes.

Characteristics
The wine is a beautiful bright red, with hints of currant and cherry. On the palate it is soft and pleasant, with good structure and easy to drink.

Matching

It goes well with cold cuts, first courses, tasty vegetable dishes such as eggplant parmigiana, second courses of white meat, with rabbit and fresh cheeses. To be served cool enough at 14 °C.
