GRAPES Pecorino.

 PRODUCTION AREA Abruzzo, in the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella massif and the Adriatic Sea. 

TERRAIN Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil. 

SELLING PERIOD From January, the year after vinification. 

VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT Brief cold maceration of the pressed grapes; soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. 

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS Pale yellow with golden hues. Aroma of fresh yellow and mature fruit, delicate balsamic and floral notes. With good structure and long length. 

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS Excellent with all seafood, it also pairs well with delicate meat dishes and vegetables.


 Excellent with starters or as an aperitif. ALCOHOL CONTENT 12% alc./vol
